"Sorry, we cannot do this..."This is what people from Dalit background talk, if someone would encourage them to enter into a business, medical, engineering, Indian Administrative Services, making a media house, making carrier into politics etc. This is a general perception, of the Bahujan communities.
It is not a mistake of the present generation but of the older generations, who taught their future generations, "we are poor people (hum greeb log hain), we can't think of better paying jobs or professions." But a question can be asked here, who taught them to say this? The answer is, it is a people who wanted to do monopoly in the certain good jobs and professions. These were the people, who could not see other people prosper and living a better life.
What should be present generation do about the better paying jobs and professions? They should not say, "NO" in the first instance, rather they should say or should be taught to say, "I'll try, I will work hard to get there, I hope I can make it, Perhaps I will make itc."
So, before saying, "Sorry, I can't do this" try it, analyze the situation, find the facts, calculate the cost etc, and proceed with a positive mind, and I hope you will make it, like Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and others who have made it there. Don't panic and don't get discouraged in the beginning itself rather Try it and proceed for it, be it any field in the present context.
Through this blog, I watned to say that Bahujans can do it and they can make it and they can get there. Don't be dedcieved by people who teach you and your older generations, you people can't make it. Prove them and their philosophy wrong.
Someone said, "dar ke aage jeet hai" (there's victory beyond fear).
So, try it, without fear...
